Tri-Ox

Our Tri-Ox system is operating well.  Some new electronics were added last week.  The last thing I will do today.  Our next trials are going to be to modify the system slightly and to construct a system using cartridges.  I am positive this will work.it is just a matter of time.to construct, and a bunch of testing.  I will keep you advised of our progress.

One Move at a Time

We were shut down after being caught in the big snow last week. Now it feels like we are three weeks behind.  Work is everywhere and there is no time to stop to clean up. Just crankin' away.  Most of our systems we invented are up and running with no issues.  We just installed emergency switches, and key switch shut offs, so just tweaking the machine.  Andy is adding differential pressure gauges and alarms to monitor the dry pasteurization machines.  So, still moving forward.

Good news

2,000 new visitors to our web site per month.  I just received the data complied over the last several months.   People are learning about our industry. 
I still hope you will spread the word about filter cleaning and the impact this can have reducing the stress on natural resources, and reducing landfill waste.  The word is getting out but we still need your help to spread the news.

Too much dust

We just finished cleaning 100 filters for a bedding manufacture.  Boy o boy is there a lot of dust and dirt.  It tracked everywhere and it is sticky.  We calculated that we removed close to 20,000 pounds of waste out of the filters.  I sure hope they were not planning to sell this product.
