This wee we have a real challenge. We are cleaning 92 filters that are so plugged with product that we will have over 4 tons of waste collected. Some customers want to run their collector until they have a mag gage reading of "10" . This does not pay off. It puts undue pressure on the system, strain on the motor, and will cost more to clean. We will have to stop four times to clean out the waste solids separator in order to complete this order. We normally only clean this once a month. Unfortunately we will have to upcharge the cleaning of this filter due to the extra work.
